you are unsatisfied with your course, simply write in to us according to our
refund process listed below, and we will refund you the course fees paid - No
Questions Asked.
- For legal
purposes and due to the nature of the service provided, this No Questions
Asked, Money-Back Guarantee is only valid if we receive you claim for refund
within 30 days after the end of the course attended.
- Money-Back
Guarantee is only applicable to individuals, and excludes groups or
companies. Only one guarantee refund is applicable per individual per year.
- This
guarantee only applies for the Quantum Touch courses conducted, and we
regret that it is not applicable for any other goods and/or products bought
from us.
Refund Process.
Individuals may request a refund
for our courses by following the process described below. For purposes of
verification and proper documentation, please note that refunds will be
granted only if all of the instructions below are followed.
- Refund requests must be sent via
postal mail to Ms Yvonne Yeo (Attn: Money Back Guarantee) at 3 Raffles Place,
#07-01, Singapore 048617. Please note that no requests via e-mail, fax or in
person will be accepted.
- Refund requests must be
postmarked no later than 30 days after the date of the course attended.
- Refund request must indicate the
name of the person who attended the course, address where refund is to be
mailed back to, and a contact phone number. Please remember to sign the refund
request, as unsigned refund request forms will not be accepted.
- Some feedback on the reason for
the request for refund is optional but would be much appreciated. This will
help us improve our services in future.
